In this policy we explain what personal data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. This policy is drafted in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

4. Who has access to your data and where is it processed?

We only share data with processors who help us run the Website, and we enter into a data processing agreement (DPA) with each of them:

  • PostHog (PostHog Cloud EU): hosting of analytics and session recording data on servers within the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). In principle, no transfer takes place outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
  • Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC (Google Analytics 4): Google may process data on servers outside the EEA (United States). Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), which is currently a valid legal basis for this transfer. 9. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access restrictions and the masking of sensitive fields in session recordings.

10. Minors

Our Website is not specifically aimed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without the consent of a parent or guardian.
